PURPOSE:To increase efficiency of a work, by sharing the content of the work for detailed partial works with a plurality of devices having various job functions. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacturing job of annimation picture signal, every picture signal for one frame's share, the screen representing the picture signal of one frame is sectioned into a plurality of sections to split it into each partial signal like background at every section, and the partial video signal detailed is shared with devices 501-50n for processing. When the partial job for one section is finished, the end signal D is fed to a detection circuit 20 from a memory circuit 10 and when the job for one frame's share is finished, the job end signal E is transmitted from the circuit 20 to a processing circuit 30 between jobs. The circuit 30 produces the internal start signal B at the time when the one frame manufacturing job is finished, and the job for the next frame is indicated via the OR circuit 40. |
