PURPOSE:To obtain the titled mechanism which prevents the disorder movement of paper in the case when paper is caught and also removes the fluttering of paper tail sections by discharging turbulence generated around a pawl catching section to both sides of an impression cylinder from an air vent by the revolution of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A pawl base 22 catching an edge section of paper together with a pawl nose 16 of a pawl 17 is installed to a terminal surface 9a of a notch 9, the terminal side in the direction of revolution of an impression cylinder 4, in response to the pawl nose 16. An air vent 23 which penetrates a section between both end surfaces of the impression cylinder 4 and also penetrates bearers 12 is formed near the pawl base 22, a plurality of penetrating holes 24 communicating the terminal end surfaces 9a of notches 9 and air vents 23 are bored between adjacent pawl bases 22 and air around the pawl bases 22 is introduced to the air vents 23. |
