PURPOSE:To obtain the titled hollow body, an outer surface of a bottom thereof corresponding to a spool is flat and the inside thereof has a convex section, by a method wherein a parison is inserted up to a bottom of a mold by an extending bar, to a nose thereof a concave section is formed, and a plunger of the bottom section of the mold is pushed up while blow-molding the parison. CONSTITUTION:A concave section 11a is made up at a nose of an orientation bar 11 of a parsion 3 while a long hole 10b and a plunger 12 sliding in the hole are built up at the center of a bottom mold 10. Cylindrical bars obtained by installing an injection molded parison 3 with a bottom to the orientation bar 11 is inserted into an orientation blowing mold 7, and the bar 11 is inserted until the parison 3 contacts with an upper surface 10a of the bottom mold and axially oriented. A spool 4 at a nose of the parison 3 is inserted into the long hole 10b of the bottom mold 10 at that time. The plunger 12 is lifted until the upper surface conforms to an upper surface of the bottom mold 10 while a fluid is blown from a blowing hole 11b in the bar 11, and the parison 3 is blow-molded to a hollow body. |
