PURPOSE:To enable magnetic heads to be produced with an integrated process by a printing method and enable the manufacture of a multiplicity in parallel by alternately laminating magnetic material layers having magnetic flux leakage gaps and coil forming conductors alternatly thereby constituting laminates. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of magnetic heads are produced by printing and laminating multiple same printing patterns on a flat sheet 1 such as plastic film. Namely, U-shaped magnetic layers 2 having both legs 4, 5 spaced by gaps 3 are first printed on the plastic base 1. Thence, conductors 6 are printed on one leg part 4 of the layers 2. After the printed conductors 6 are dried, magnetic material layers 7 are further printed. The laminate manufactured in this way is stripped from the plastic sheet and is put into a furnace, where it is fired at and for required firing temp. and time, whereby the magnetic heads are obtained. According to this method, the magnetic heads is manufactured in multiplicity in parallel in the integrated process. |
