PURPOSE:To make the opening-closing operation of a cover body sure by providing the cover body to the opening of a case for a tape cassette, and energizing this cover body to a closed state by means of an energizing spring. CONSTITUTION:When a cassette 1 is inserted with the horizontally long opening 13 at its front as a leading end into a cassette holder 28, the leading end of a leaf spring 30b abuts on a cover 15b and is accepted into a recessed part 20b where it is inserted up to the solid line position of the figure. When the cassette 1 in this state is further inserted into the holer, it turns out that the cover 15b is pushed relatively by the leaf spring 30b in the recessed part 20b. Since this recessed part 20b is disposed on the lefter side of the figure than the axial pin 18b pivotally supporting the cover 15b, the cover 15b receives rotating force in the counter clockwise direction around the axial pin 18b by overcoming the force of a return spring 19b, and the cover 15b is thereby opened. |
