PURPOSE:To manufacture a strip steel with improved anisotropy for deep drawing by cold rolling steel products having a specified alloy composition at a specified reduction ratio followed by annealing at a specified temp. CONSTITUTION:A steel consisting of 0.05-0.40% C, 0.05-0.35% Si, 0.2-2.0% Mn and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities or further contg. one or more among 0.1-2.0% Cr, 0.05-0.6% Mo and 0.1-5.0% Ni is hot rolled, annealed, cold rolled at 40-70% reduction ratio, and annealed at (the A1 transformation point -70 deg.C) - the A1 point to obtain the desired strip steel. When the strip steel is not obtd. in the desired thickness by cold rolling the hot rolled plate once, the plate is subjected to primary cold rolling at 15-50% reduction ratio, process annealing at the A1 transformation point or below, secondary cold rolling at 30-70% reduction ratio and annealing at (the A1 transformation point -70 deg.C) - the A1 point. |
