The packaging consists of a container with a lid (3) having three peripheral or one outer, one upper and one inner, sealing faces (6, 8, 16) which are separated from one another by hollow spaces (11, 17), the hollow space (17) lying nearest to the interior of the container having a shape which interrupts the capillarity, produced by a special brine content, while the second, outer hollow space (11) is shaped to receive salt separated by osmosis. The inner, smooth container wall (1) merges at the top through the upper sealing face (8) into a flange section (4) which is shaped like a truncated cone, extends downwards and continues at the bottom in a cylindrical flange section (5) which engages with the cylindrical inner face of the lid part (10) and is engaged at the bottom by the bead (12). The lid face (19) is countersunk by means of the wall part (15) whose thickness increases gradually towards the bottom and which has a greater diameter than the container ahead of the sealing face (16). Apart from the sealing engagement on the sealing face (16), it is achieved that the wall (3) and thus the flange section (5) is pressed against the lid part (10) for the purpose of sealing on the sealing face (6). For the purpose of lid stacking, the lid part (10) is connected to a cylindrical foot piece (14) by means of a sloping, outwardly extending part (13), and the wall part (15) is connected to the lid face (19) by means of a sloping, inwardly extending wall part. Firstly the shaping of the lid and of the container prevents salt of a brine content being deposited on the outside of the packaging and secondly it is achieved that the lid and the container can be stacked separately for storage, and that the container can likewise be stacked with the lid fitted on, in that the shape of the lid additionally ensures that it is directed precisely onto the container mouth (2) when it is fitted on. <IMAGE> |
