PURPOSE:To improve photoelectric conversion efficiency, by introducing such portion of rays of light that are not incident on a light rays recording surface of a solar cell device to the said surface by repetitive reflection with wavelike light reflecting surface. CONSTITUTION:Convex and concave parts are formed on the inner surface 4 of a transparent element 3 which convers the light rays receiving surface 2 of a solar cell device 1. Light rays reflecting films 5 are formed to such portions of the convex and concave surface 4 which do not face with the device 1. With such an arrangement, the rays of light a not incident directly on the rays receiving surface 2 of the device 1 are reflected by the reflecting film 5, further re-reflected by the outer interface surface of the transparent element 3, proceed through the paths b, c, get to the rays receiving surface 2 of the device 1 and contribute to the photoelectric conversion. Thus photoelectric conversion efficiency in power output per area of light rays receiving is improved. |
