<p>PURPOSE:A pigment composition with excellent nonagglomerating and amorphous property, useful for an offset ink, a gravure ink and a paint giving a bright tint, coloring power and luster, which is prepared by the addition of a specified colored cpd. to a pigment. CONSTITUTION:A pigment is prepared by mixing 100pts.wt. pigment with 0.3- 30pts.wt. colored cpd. of the formula [wherein Q is a colored cpd. except an azo cpd. and phthalocyanine; X is SO2 or CO; m and n are 1-4; R1 and R2 are (substd.) alkyl; R1 and R2 together form a hetero ring contg. N, O or S]. The cpd. of the formula is obt. by reacting an amine component with a chlorosulfonate or a carboxylic acid chloride prepared by treating quinacridone, dioxazine, anthrapyrimidine, anthanthrone, indanthrone, etc. with chlorosulfonic acid, etc. The amine component is piperidinomethyldimethylaminoethyl, dibutylaminopropyl, etc. It is preferable to use 0.3-30pts.wt. cpd. of the formula for 100pts.wt. pigment.</p> |
