PURPOSE:To obtain a color Braun tube having no deterioration of picture quality, by forming a suction board on the contacting face at the funnel side while fixing a wedge securely to the funnel thereby eliminating the movement of said wedge. CONSTITUTION:A suction board 11 is formed on the face of a rubber wedge 10 contacting with a funnel. Then the wedge 10 is inserted into a gap between a deflection yoke and the funnel, and after fixing the suction board 11 to the funnel it is fixed with an adhesive tape to produce a color Braun tube having no deterioration of picture quality. |
