<p>A construction element comprising a core (1) of a material having low specific weight and optionally serving as a thermal insulation, a reinforcement (3) at least on two sides of the core (1), and a hardenable mass (2), that is optionally applied after installation on site on the sides of the core that are provided with a reinforcement. Said mass comprising the reinforcement is mechanically connected with the core by discrete attachment members extending to or into said core in such a manner that the attachment members from different sides of the core do not touch.
