Di-(2-hydroxy-3-bromopropyl)-substituted deoxyaminopolyols of the general formula <IMAGE> in which Z is the radical of a deoxyaminopolyol with up to 7 C atoms, it also being possible for one of the OH groups of this radical to be glucosidically linked to the aldehyde group of a monomeric, dimeric or oligomeric sugar molecule, and pharmaceutical compositions with a cytostatic effect containing disubstituted deoxyaminopolyols of the general formula I, and the use of the pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of malignant neoplasms, are described. |
