PURPOSE:To recognize the fact the desired sounding means is selected without fail by aural sense as well as visual sense, by connecting a capacitor which conducts a current for a short period to a time switch of the alarm clock in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A clock means 5 is set at a desired time so as to generate alarm sound. A sounding means 1 which generates desired alarm sound is selected by a selection switch 4. An alarm switch 7 is set at the sounding position. At this time, the time switch 6 is opened. But in a setting verifying means 9 comprising the time switch 6 and capacitor 8, the current flows through the capacitor 8, the sounding means 1 operates for a short period until the capacitor 8 is fully charged, and the fact that the sounding means 1 which generates the desired alarm sound is selected can be recognized. In this constitution, the selection of the alarm sound can be recognized by aural sense as well as visual sense. |
