发明名称 FULL FILL DETECTOR FOR STORED SUBSTANCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent maldetection of full fill of the stored substance by a method wherein at least four detectors are provided at the full fill detecting position on the container containing the stored substance, and when two of these detectors which are on a diagonal line output signals, the full fill signal is outputted. CONSTITUTION:Cast into a storing tank 1 are granular, sand-shaped and powdery substances, which also differ in size. They are gradually accumulated to fill the tank 1. The malfunction and chattering caused by the casting pressure applied when the substance to be stored is cast at around full fill are prevented by springs 15 inside detectors and a timer 19. By combining the signals on the diagonal lines between detectors 8 and 8', and 9 and 9' respectively into AND signals and OR signals, the frequent generation of the external alarm signal due to the nonuniform storing of the substances is prevented. Only when the two detectors 8 and 8' or 9 and 9' which are on a diagonal line output signals for a fixed period of time, the external alarm signal is outputted to detect full fill.
