PURPOSE:To reduce the stop period of control operation due to instantaneous failure and external noise, by providing the count means counting the number of stops of control operation. CONSTITUTION:The failure detection output of a monitor circuit MON is given to a pulse generating circuit PG using differentiation circuits and the like, and after the output of failure detection is converted into a pulse, a restarting circuit RS is driven to produce an initializing signal IR and a starting signal ST through the output of failure detection. A processor CPU executes the restarting program with the starting signal ST. Further, the number of failure production is counted with the restarting program, and if the result of count is less than a given value, the control operation can automatically be restarted. |
