发明名称 PRESERVATION OF COOKED RICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To keep the taste of the freshly cooked rice for a long time, without lowering its qualities, by storing cooked rice in a sealed vessel containing a deoxidizing agent at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:Cooked rice is sealed together with a disoxidizing agent in a sealed vessel, and stored at 50-100 deg.C, pref. 65-98 deg.C. The disoxidizing agent is iron powder, a sulphite, an oxalate, etc. sealed in a gas-permeable packaging material composed of two or more kinds of laminated packaging materials, e.g. a laminate composed of a paper surface layer and a perforated plastic back layer or a packaging material wholly or partly composed of a microporous plastic film.
