With a view to distributing loose fibres on a moving forming wire 2 at the dry-forming of paper, a flow of air- fluidised fibre material is introduced for recirculating in a piping circuit comprising two rectilinear mesh tubes 12 extending across the forming wire 2 and are provided with inner, rotating needle cylinders 34 providing both an axial transport of material in the tube and also providing the material flow with a radial component of movement promoting the outlet of fibres through the walls of the mesh tubes 12. These tubes are per se rotatably journalled, and opposite an upper side portion of each tube 12 a stationary nozzle system 44 is placed for blowing compressed air against the tube, whereby its perforations are cleaned successively for keeping up a high distributor capacity and for enabling the use of relatively long fibres in the production. <IMAGE>
