PURPOSE:To prepare a diuretic health food rich in various nutrients and having desirable taste, flavor and feeling to the mouth which are characteristic to water oat, by compounding whole soybean flour with dried powder of water oat and Ascophyllum nordosum. CONSTITUTION:About 60% of dried soybean powder is mixed with about 20% of dried powder of water oat and about 20% of dried powder of Ascophyllum nordosum which is a brown algae belonging to Fucales order. The composition is added with a small amount of water and a binder, and kneaded and formed to tablets or granules. |
