<p>PURPOSE:To enable the easy and quick selection and replacement of desired paper, by using a plurality of trays to house different sizes, kinds or the like of paper in a single cassette. CONSTITUTION:A tray 4 is made of two plates pivotally connected with each other and is placed on a rail 3. Another tray 5 is shorter than the former 4 and located at a medium level corresponding to one third of the depth of a cassette 1 and is placed on pins 12 extending inside both side plates 7 in parallel with a bottom plate 2. Another tray 6 is shorter than the former 5 and located at an upper level corresponding to one third of the depth of the cassette 1 and placed on pins 13 parallel with the row of said pins 12. Each of the trays 4, 5, 6 has a paper stopper 14 and a handle 15 which extends through slits 16 provided in the side plates 7. The cassette 1 is charged into a copier. A desired tray is moved forth to a front plate 8 by using the handle 15 and thrusted to a paper supply roll 20 by a push-up rod 18.</p> |
