PURPOSE:To polish a chip effeciently and accurately rotating a runner grindstone case equipped with a grindstone by blowing compressed air via an air leading-in groove. CONSTITUTION:Grindstone 2 having abrasive part 5 matched with the tip shape of a chip is equipped to case part 1, to which blade 6 is fixed. On abrasive part 5 of grindstone 2, the chip is mounted and the tip of squeeze air hose is inserted into air hose insertion hole 14 to feed air. The air is jetted out of air leading-in groove 15 in direction (a) and out of subordinate air leading-in group 16 in direction (b) to rotate runner grindstone case 1. Consequently, the chip is ground to be formed. Powder produced in the grinding is discharged from powder removal hole 4 and the supplied squeeze air is exhausted from air leading-out groove 20. |
