PURPOSE:To thermally shear sheet-shaped items at high thermal efficiency rate by providing an open hole between a through hole and one side edge of a sheet-shaped item, piling up sheet- shaped items by inserting a guide lever through the through hole and forming a cut groove between the open hole and the through hole. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-shaped item 1 folded after sinking the both ends inwardly in ''V''-letter shape has a through hole 5 and an open hold 6 punched by passing the said item through a perforating machine 2 composed of a cylindrical punching element 3a, a rectangular pipe-shaped punching element 36 and a receptacle 4. Then the said item is fed to a bag making machine 11 through the intermediary of guide rolls 7, 8 and a feeder device 9 and is pressed with the help of a solid receptacle 12 and apressing element 13, so that it is thermally melt and adhered. AT the same time, it is cut by a shear 16 into a bar-shaped sheetlike item B. Next, this sheetlike item B is led to a bundling machine 17 through thermal melting/attaching process, and a horizontal support wall 18b of a fixed frame 18 is caused to ascend. After an arrow 21 of a guide lever 9 was inserted into a through hole 5, the support wall 18b is caused to come down to allow a sheet-shaped retaining cylinder 20 to retain multipieces of sheet-shaped item B. Then a hot-sheared plate 24 is moved forward by means of a piston 25 to have a cut groove from the open hole 6 to the through hole 5 formed and at the same time, thermally melt and attached. |
