PURPOSE:To prepare delicious soybean milk without addition of defoaming agent, by adding >=30wt% of fine powder of soybean which passes through a 100 mesh sieve to an aqueous dispersion containing soybean powder which passes through a 30 mesh sieve. CONSTITUTION:Unhusked seeds, such as unhusked soybeans, are crushed to powder passing through a 30 mesh sieve, and mixed with water. The dispersion is mixed with >=30wt%, pref. >=50wt%, based on the above powder, of powdery additive prepared by pulverizing unhusked seeds, such as unhusked soybeans to pass through a 100 mesh sieve, and the objective soybean milk is prepared from the dispersion by the conventional procedure. |
