<p>PURPOSE:To create a hair line having a clear contrast by providing a metal evaporation layer after deposition of a low-viscosity transparent resin regist on the surface of a tranaparent resin surfacial plate. CONSTITUTION:A transparent resin regist 6 of lower viscosity than a surfacial plate 1 is adhered on the reverse side of a flexible transparent resin surfacial plate 1 in a laminar form. Then the reverse side of the regist 6 is polished in a hair line pattern with the help of a rough file, a hard brush, etc. Next, a printing layer 2 for characters, patterns, etc. is provided on the ground surface of the regist 6, and then a metal evaporation layer 4 is provided on the ground surface and the reverse side of the printing layer 2 of the regist 6.
