PURPOSE:To simplify structure and to obtain a developing effect of high reliability, by providing a pipe having many developing gas ejecting holes, connected with a developing gas introducing opening in the casing of a developing chamber, in parallel to the lateral direction of a photosensitive sheet in the full length of the entire sheet width. CONSTITUTION:Developing gas supply pipe 11 connected with a developing gas inlet is provided in parallel to the lateral direction of a photosensitive sheet in the casing of a developing chamber surrounded with upper plate 1 and bottom plate 2. Pipe 11 has many ejecting holes 14 all over the entire width of the photosensitive sheet, and one end 13 of pipe 11 is closed. Holes 14 are opened downward toward the photosensitive sheet. The inner pressure of pipe 11 is kept within 5-30mm. Aq, thus permitting structure to be simple, apparatus cost to be low, and developing effect of high reliability to be obtained. |
