PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of the titled device to make it possibe to detect leakage from the whole length of a liquid transporting pipe by making the pipe in double construction by covering it with a protection pipe, applying leakage detecting liquid from the one end of the pipe into the gap between doubled pipes and analyzing the component of the liquid at the other end. CONSTITUTION:Vessel 1 inside the working box A, which equips and analytical apparatus, and vessel 9 on the B side which stores the waste liquor drained away from the analytical apparatus are coupled with liquid transporting pipe 4. Pipe 4 is covered with protection pipe 8 to make it double construction and the gap between both pipes is sealed with couplings 13 and 14. Vessels 15 which is filled with leakage detecting liquid such as pure water is attached to the one end of the gap and vessel 22 which has detecting part 23 for liquid component analysis is attached to the other end. Thus, leakage from transporting pipe 4 is detected by sending leakage detecting liquid such as pure water from the A side and analyzing the component on the B side, making it possible to simplify the construction without any resistance wire and electrode. |
