PURPOSE:To obtain a necessary amount of projection after launching without giving any inconvenience to the launching carried out through a launching barrel or the like, by keeping a storage of an antenna into the groove part of the basement until an flying object is launched and then securing an automatic unfolding toward outside after launching. CONSTITUTION:The groove 12 is formed in the axial direction of the basement 10 of a flying object, and an antenna system is stored in the groove. In this case the antenna body must be kept under the surface 11 of the basement 10. The antenna system comprises e.g. a metallic case or boat-shaped frame 70 plus its both ends 73 and 74, the antenna elements 21 and 22, and the like. The dielectric substance 60 is filled into the antenna system with a shaft 71 provided at the end part 73. At the same time, a hollow 13 is provided at a part of the groove 12, and the spring 80 is put into the hollow. In such constitution, the antenna system is kept into the groove 12 before the flying object is launched, and then the antenna element parts 21 and 22 project automatically up to the height H2 above the surface 11 of the basement 10 by the function of the spring 80. Thus a necessary amount of projection can be obtained for the antenna after launching a flying object without giving any inconvenience to the launching through a launching barrel or a launching pad. |
