PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device by freely rotatably holding at one end of a drum provided with an optical means, developing means and transfer means successively along the outer circumference, and by arranging a driving motor for the drum inside of the drum. CONSTITUTION:Control circuit means 30 is fixed to center shaft 24 via well heat- conductive frame 31 of Al, etc., and lead wire 32 is led from detachable drum side plate 1'' at the side where driving motor 20' is not provided. Drum gear 33 formed at the outer circumference of drum 1 transmits the driving force of driving motor 20' out of drum 1 via driving gear 34. Thus, arranging driving motor 20' inside of drum 1 makes it possible to utilize the inside of drum 1 effectively, so that the device is miniaturized on the whole without reducing the diameter of drum 1. |
