PURPOSE:To rationalize the control of waste gas flow rate by calculating the density correction of waste gas flow rate according to uses. CONSTITUTION:The concentration of each gas component, CO, CO2, H2, and O2, is analyzed with gas analyzer 10, waste gas flow rate is measured with flow meter 12 by means of the differential pressure generated from exhaust gas measuring Venturi 9 and gas pressure and gas temperature are measured with manometer 13 and thermometer 14, respectively; then each data is supplied to memory operator 11. In case of a use requiring adaptability such as control, the newest analytical data for each gas component are read out from the memory in order to calculate density correction rapidly. When adaptability is not required such as the case calorie calculation, the measured value of gas flow rate and the real gas analytical data for the gas to be measured are stored in the memory and then each data is read out from the memory to calculate the density correction. |
