PURPOSE:To accurately and easily provide the sample box even in a darkroom, by constiuting the spectroirradiation apparatus by the spectroscope part and the transfer mechanism part of sample box provided in the room of the spectroscope. CONSTITUTION:Monk-Gillison type spectroscope is adopted for the spectroscope 2 and a light of the light source lamp 8 generating a white light such as a large size high pressure xenon lamp, is introduced from the incidence slit 9 and is condensed by the concave mirror 11 by reflecting by the plane mirror 10. Further, the transfer mechanism part 3 of the sample box is provided to the face of focal point of spectrum hanging the sample box at a position of designated wavelength facing the spectrum light with each other accurately. And, the operation such as moving the sample box provided at the position of some wavelength to the other position of different wavelength or carrying away the sample box after finishing light irradiation from the face of focal point of spectrum and returning to a former place, is to perform. Hereby, the sample box can be provided even in a darkroom accurately and easily. |
