PURPOSE:To realize a device which eliminates the need for a mechanical driving mechanism, by grouping magnetic poles into at least two and by providing an electric circuit means of exciting an out-of-phase pulsating magnetic flux to magnetic poles in each group. CONSTITUTION:From the generation of the start command of pulse motor PM to that of the stop command pulse, pulse selecting circuit CC4 and exciting gate circuit are turned on, and on the basis of the humidity and temperature detected by humidity sensor 50 and temperature sensor 51, carriage amount assignment circuit CC5 assigns a frequency-division pulse with humidity-temperature coordinates; and pulse selecting circuit CC4 applies the frequency-division pulse to exciting voltage generating circuit CC1, which generates a switching control signal by using the frequency-division pulse as an on-off change-over timing signal, thereby exercising on-off control over switching elements S1-S4 while exciting gate circuit CC2 is turned on. Thus, toner supply is performed which synchronizes with the feeding of recording paper. |
