POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve coating speed of PP resin compsn. produced and hot releasability thereof, by blending an antioxidant with a resin compsn. consisting of a specified PP resin and a specified PE resin. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a PP resin compsn. prepd. by incorporating not less than 0.01pts.wt. antioxidant (B) into 100pts.wt. resin compsn. (A) consisting of 80-95wt% crysalline PP resin having a fluidity of 12-40g/10min and a Barus effect of 1.30-1.65 obtd. by melt-kneading a crystalline PP resin and 5-20wt% low-density PE resin having a Q valve (a ratio of weight-average MW to number- average MW) of not less than 25. The compsn. has excellent high-speed processability and its hot releasability is lowered to a level below a predetermined value.
