The outsert mouling apparatus using moulding core (A) comprises the under-cut part and the cut-out part (B). The faculty part (2) of the synthetic resins is moulded on the based plate (1) by the structure mould. The based plate produces cavity between the cut-out part and the moulding core. The cavity is charged with resins and preferably, resin is injected to the metal.
