A device for the smelting of such as iron ore, basalt, quarzite, limestone, etc. were smelted by electric furnace or cupola. The hard rock wool board manufd. by rock wool that made by injection high press vapor at the scattering fiber that occured by offered the centrifugal force to the melting sol. The hollow ring is formed by many of nozzle which synchro injecting the high press vapor and resin adhesive liquid at the periphery of centrifugal revolution plate. Simultaneously adsorption plate of the vacuum absorber attached in gradient of 30-60o to the rock wool fiber collecting chamber.
