PROCESS FOR PREPARING IMPROVED LIVE NEW CASTLE DISEASE VIRUS VACCINE

摘要

Aerosol vaccine was prepd. for Newcastle disease virus infection in chickens. Thus, Newcastle disease virus p-77-8 was cultured in the conceived egg at 34-37oC for 3 days and then cultured virus was collected. The obtained virus was mixed with peptone, arginine, and sucrose to form a spray. The prepn. was applied to 1-day-old chicks.
