PURPOSE:To secure a safety for the operation control of a plant, by storing the contents of the operator's voice and then collating it with a certain voice reference data to decide whether the result of collation is identical to the check sheet or not for the monitor equipment of a reactor plant. CONSTITUTION:The aural signal supplied through the microphone 1 is amplified up to a prescribed level by the amplifier 21 and converted into a digital signal through the A/D converter 22. This digital signal is sampled by the digital data converter bus buffer 23 and with the sampling cycle of the pulse generator 24. Then the sampling value of the original voice is stored in the auxiliary memory device 5 through the CPU3. The contents of the operators's voice is collated with the voice reference data stored in the device 5 to be decided whether it is identical to the check sheet. In case the contents of the operator's voice is different from the check sheet, the continuation nonpermission signal is delivered for the operation, monitor and recording each to carry out immediately a correcting action. Then the second decision is given to the contents of the voice. In such way, a safety can be secured for the operation control at a reactor plant. |
