PURPOSE:To obtain highly efficient voltage dividing circuit with lower power consumption by a method wherein the voltage dividing circuit is constructed in such a way that it includes a differential amplifying circuit, using a complementary field effect transistor. CONSTITUTION:By dividing the electric potential of a power source -VD with resistor R11-R13 to allow it to have different voltages, which are supplied to the input terminals of differential amplifiers M2, M11 as the standard power sources V1, V2. The output is inputted to an inversional amplifier with uniform condutive type field effect transistors M8, M16 as inputting transistors, and with inversional field effect transistors M9, M15 as constant current sources, while current source transistors M12, M20 controlled by control signals phi1, phi2 are provided in parallel with these constant current sources. By so doing, a control pulse is made available by the variable current sources whenever the driving force is insufficient only with the constant current sources in order to supplement the shortage, so that a highly efficient dividing circuit can be obtained. |
