The socket is anchored in position with the aid of a cone and expanding tongues, the rear part of the cone portion being tubular so as to accommodate the tongue portion. The supporting face for the cone expanding screw head is not at the rear end but at the forward one, so as to leave the tube portion free for subsequent fixing with the tongue portion or a corresponding screw. The main socket can be anchored by tongue expansion, and there can be opposite protruding segments in the socket tube.
