PURPOSE:To enable mixing ratios of two kinds of liquids to be changed readily and precisely by providing a pair of pumps of different flow rates, mixing their respective delivery liquids and sending the one delivery liquid into the lead-in path into the other pump through a change-over valve. CONSTITUTION:Liquid A is sent through a lead-in flow passage a1 into a constant flow pump P1 of a large flow rate and is discharged from its discharge flow passage a2. Liquid B is sent through a lead-in flow passage b1 to a constant flow pump P2 of a small flow rate and is discharged from its discharge flow passage b4, is sent into a mixing flow passage b2 through a 3-way solenoid valve V and is mixed with the liquid A from the passage a2. The 3-way solenoid valve V is changed over to flow the liquid B from the passage b4 to a branch flow passage b3, from which it is sent to the lead-in flow passage of the liquid A into the constant flow pump P1. After it is mixed with the liquid A, it is discharged from the pump P1 through the passage a2. Thereby, the mixing ratio is changed precisely and accurately simply by using two units of the flow control pumps or one unit of a 2-head pump. |
