PURPOSE:To facilitate the connection of coil for a motor and to simplify the minute adjustment of diameter of a cylindrical coil when the cylindrical coil is to be formed of a bundle of belt type conductors by a method wherein the necessary number of conductors are cut and drawn out while the places thereof are left as gaps. CONSTITUTION:The bundle of belt type conductors 4 is bent in a wave form along an imaginary cylindrical face to form the cylindrical armature coil 2. At this time, the necessary number of conductors 6-1, 6-2 in the bundle of conductors 4 are cut and drawn out to be used as connecting wires when the connection is to be performed. The traces being the conductors 6-1, 6-2 drawn out therefrom are left as the gaps 8-1, 8-2, and are held with adhesive tapes 10-1, 10-2. Accordingly because the leading out of taps are performed preliminary, the connection becomes easy, and the minute adjustment of the diameter of cylinder can be performed easily because of the existence of the gaps 8-1, 8-2. |
