Radio and manual control for mobile electric toy - provides override for preselected stored programme operations or combination of manual and stored programme

The programmes are selected by press-buttons and control the direction and figure described by the toy as it moves, e.g. figure of eight, switching of lights, firing of cannon etc. There is also a manual override for steering etc. using a joystick control on the transmitter. Using a combination provides even greater flexibility over degree of turn etc. All programmes can be manually interrupted. The transmitter comprises three units, a pulse stream output for manual commands, a pulse stream output for preset programmes and the HF modulator for transmitting them to the toy. A typical control box has an antenna (2), steering control for forward and backward regulated movement (3), another control for stop and turns (4) together with the various buttons (5) for stored programme selection.
