<p>The support roller for the suitcase is designed as a guide pulley (18) rotatably mounted on a bearing block (17) by means of a rotary bearing (32). This block (17) is swivel mounted in the depression (20) inside the bearing housing (16) by means of a swivel bearing (27) whose axis runs at a distance to the axis of the rotary bearing (32) whilst aligned at right angles to the axis of the rotary bearing (32) and at least approx. normal to the plane of the fastening flange (19) for the housing (16). The depression (20) of the housing (16) has side walls (22,23) set symmetrical to the centre position of the roller (18) at an internal spacing which restricts the swivel angle of the roller (18) to a swivel area of 90 degrees max., pref. no more than 60 degrees.</p> |
