PURPOSE:To realize a mean production of the diaphragm which excels in the resonance suppressing effect, by spraying in a high pressure a fused diaphragm material against a template formed into a desired diaphragm to obtain a material layer of the template shape through a melt-spray and then separating the material layer from the template. CONSTITUTION:Both the compressed air and the combustion gas are supplied into the supply pipes 2 and 3 of the powder melt-sprayer 1. Thus the flame 5 of a prescribed temperature is produced through the nozzle 1a, and at the same time the boron nitride cermet powder 6 is supplied from the supply pipe 4. The diaphragm material of the powder 6 is radiated in front of the compressed air and then fused by the flame 5 and ground by the compressed air to be changed into the fine particles 6a. The particles 6 are sprayed in a high speed onto the surface of the dome-shaped template 7 provided in front of the sprayer 1 to be deformed into a flat shape on the template 7, and thus the sprayed parts bite each other to form an accumulated thin plate 8. After this, the plate 8 set to a prescribed thickness is separated from the template 7 by making use of the heat shrinkage or the like. In such way, a mass production is possible for a diaphragm having an excellent resonance suppressing effect. |
