PURPOSE:To obtain the titled fine powder without causing separation of a filler and discoloration after the sintering of a molded article, by charging the surface of the filler particle which is charged negatively in water positively with a polyvalent cation, and cocoagulating the charged filler with an aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:A polyvalent cation is adsorbed on the surface of a filler which is charged negatively in water. The resultant aqueous dispersion which is positively charged is then mixed with an aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), an anionic suractant and a water-insoluble organic liquid and cocoagulated. Glass, bronze, aluminum oxide, mica, tale and zirconium silicate may be used as the filler. Aluminum, ferric ions, etc. may be used as the polyvalent cation.
