Power plant water cooling circuit - has water tanks, in parallel with turbine exhaust steam cooling circuit

The water cooling system for power plant includes a first circuit with lines (3,7) between a condenser (1) connected to the exhaust steam line (2) from a turbine and a dry cooling tower (6). A parallel circuit has lines (8) with a control valve (9) for a cooling tank (10) for process water cooling tank (10). This is in turn connected to a water tank (27) with a pump (11) at its outlet connecting it to a cell type cooling tower (14) with a cooling fan (15). The parallel circuit is completed by a return line (19) with two heat exchangers (20) in series for cooling the process water. Between the first cooling tank (10) and the following water tank (27) is a cold water tank (24) and hot water tank (25) in parallel with their connection line (26) with a system of control valves (23).
