The vehicle is mounted on wheels and moves along a guide rail located in a groove along the ground. The current take-off the guide roller and the steering wheels are attached to a bogie to which the vehicle superstructure is attached. The guide roller is carried by an arm projecting into the guide groove, its rear side causing a pivoted cover for the latter to be smoothly lifted and lowered during the progression of the vehicle. Pref. the guide rollers are arranged in alternation on the right and left hand sides of the guide groove and two bogies support each vehicle.
