The corrugated pipe is partic. for ventilation purposes, having a smooth internal lining. This lining consists of an uncorrugated sheet (2), its external dia. being equal to the internal dia. of the corrugated pipe (1), to which it is glued so that it cannot move in the axial direction. The intervening spaces between one or more grooves of the corrugations and the sheet are completely filled by sealing material (3) up to the adjacent corrugation peaks. The lining can be prefabricated sleeve, preloaded in the radial direction against the inside of the pipe.
