Two vulcanisation processes are proposed: in the compression process (Fig. 2a) shaped pieces (5') of rubber with a smaller base area than the metal surface (4) to be covered are placed on such that the press plunger (1) of a compression device spreads out the rubber on the metal surface (4) opposite to or at an angle to the loading direction. In the injection process (Fig. 3) flowable rubber (27) is applied at an angle between zero and 45 DEG to the plane of the metal surface (4, 4'). In order to compensate for different adhesion properties between the vulcanised-on rubber and the metal surface, in the initial phase of vulcanisation, the metal part is rotated by up to 180 DEG with respect to the applied material in the case of rotational parts and in the case of flat bodies is moved back and forth. It can thereby be achieved that zones having initially lower peel strength can be brought to a peel strength which is approximately 100% higher. <IMAGE> |
