PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown of a machine and then ensure a safety for the workers, by giving the indications and information of machine operation in voice to the operator based on operating procedure. CONSTITUTION:The program function 1 having a function which selects the type of operation, and the program A serving as a stepping function which can extract sequentially various interlocking times necessary for each operation with operation of push-buttons are provided. In addition, the program B serving as a stepping function which can extract successively and a automatically the interlocking items by the start signal of each operation is provided. Then the interface for selection of the tape step is connected to the programs A and B each, and then the cassette tape is operated by the signal supplied from the interface to offer the voice to the operator. In such way, the operation mistake of the operator is eliminated to prevent the breakdown of a machine, at the same time ensuring a safety for the workers. |
