Hook cover on fishing hooks, comprising an apertured body (1) which is passed over the hook shank (6) forming an attachment loop (7), and from which an elastically yieldable arm (2) integral with the body projects to engage resiliently the hook point (3). The aperture of the body is dimensioned to allow the loop to be freely passed therethrough. The body forms an upwardly extending portion (4) having a side projection (5) extending at least partially over the aperture of the body, spaced therefrom, to maintain in cooperation with a ring (8) passed through the loop, the cover in operative position on the hook. |
