A method of the characterized that simultaneously introduced to reaction range the salt solution, which becomed with selected acid from group of composed by HCl and H2SO4 and selected metal from group of composed that zinc, magnesium, and calcium. The PH value of reaction medium is maintained as precipitation PH value of upper metallic salt so as not to precipitation of alkyline silicate or basic salt, and then manufactured the master batch of latex and silicate.
